It has been a weird month and I have so many ideas of things I could write a blog about but it never seems to actually happen.  While God is teaching me so much, it has been difficult for me to articulate it.  Moldova is a very interesting place and from the very beginning I could feel God’s heart for this land.  The first time I prayed for this country, I was so overwhelmed with the despair and sadness that torments the people here.  And it has been a constant struggle since being here.  I feel so honored to be serving these people and to share with them the freedom I have found.  Not only freedom from sin but freedom from religion and performance.  I have never felt such a cry for freedom as I have this month.  And so I am hoping to make a video that really expresses my heart for freedom and just realizing how glorious it really is to be set free!

As for now, I wanted to share some pictures of what we have been up to….our ministries have been somewhat unpredictable!

We worked with a church in the city of Leova.

We picked peaches!

We did some construction.

We’ve  been doing what we can to bless the people here and are praying for more opportunities to love and serve them.  The village is beautiful and peaceful…especially with all the fresh fruits and vegetables we get to eat!
