Nepal

One of our first days in Nepal we hiked up to a Hindu temple which is the highest point in Kathmandu. We had the opportunity to pray & worship over the city and admire God’s beautiful creation! Here is Worthy Warriors; this is one of my all time favorite photos of us! Behind us is the Kathmandu Valley.

One week we spent several days in Melamche, one of the towns devestated by the recent earthquake. We mostly moved rocks and made the graded the land. It was hard work, but worth it. Here Katie is passing down rocks to Bre in our assembly line

On the way down from the temple we got to celebrate with Nepali believers being baptized during the biggest Hindu festival. We also baptized 3 Racers. After that we wandered around a bit & found rocks to climb! Erica & Pat climbed one, this is their adventurous look.

India

Me, Erica, Des, and our translator, Auntie, in a tuktuk on our way to interview women in the Rescue Pink programs.

At night we helped out with the Rescue Pink after school program. We played with the girls, taught them songs & dances for a Christmas celebration & overall had a ton of fun!

Cat and Drea with some of the girls, all gussied up in their new outfits!

Cambodia

?Cambodia brought team Changes, this is our first photo as a new team, Tango Charlie Juliet, or TCJ for short.

We ate with the students every weekday for lunch and then taught English in the afternoon.

Me and our Advanced English class!

Myanmar

Our main ministry in Myanmar was teaching Bible College students English. We often had stations to teach them Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension, and Pronunciation. Katie and I took the Pronunciation station where we had them read passages from the Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe to listen to their pronunciation (we found they were very good at biblical words).

We also played volleyball most afternoons with the Bible College students. Here Katie is spiking the ball.

Here is Kelsey giving a morning devotion to the students, we gave devotions twice a day on weekdays and once or twice on weekends.

Thailand

Here’s a two-fer! Our first full week of ministry in Thailand was in Mae Chaem. Here, me and KRob are painting the church and the other picture is Emily teaching some children at a public school. Unfortunately we only got to go to the school once.

Thailand brought PVT!!! Here is me and my Mom.

Here we are with Tuloo, the 6 month old baby elephant at the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary!

Last, but not least, here are all the Racers with their parents. We had a great turnout and I loved doing ministry with my mom!
