It's impossible to put my experience in Cambodia into a 3 minute video. This 3 minute video that I put together doesn't even begin to capture the most vulnerable, raw, heartbreaking, redemptive, and life changing season of my life. I have had this video done for a couple weeks now, but haven't been able to get good enough internet connection to post it. I watch it every single day, only because it brings back such incredible memories, and brings me back to my "home" in a small village in the middle of the rice fields as far as the eye can see. I already pray about the day the Lord sends me back.
Being in the states and following my journey this may come across as a 'glamorous' journey. Traveling to new countries, going on adventures, meeting strangers that become family…… you know, it IS what it seems, but its also a process that walks you through the pain you've dealt with in your life. It's a vulnerable experience that brings you to your knees daily to fully surrender to the Lord. It's NOT easy. Every day is a fight.
So…. with that……. I'd LOVE to show you this video. It doesn't come close to capturing the joy and freedom I experienced last month…. but I gave it my best shot. Enjoy!
