As
promised, here is more about our healing ministry we were a part of
this month. Friends of our contact, Lal and Anu, have been needing
some prayer and encouragement; about 7 months ago, Anu fell to the
ground from somewhere high-up in their house. She has been paralyzed
from the waist down since that time, leaving Lal to take care of her,
the house and their little boy Samuel. We went over to their house
multiple times to pray for her and to get to know them better. The
first time we were there all Anu could do was lay in bed, all the
time, she could some-what move her toes, but couldn’t feel anything.
We spent quite a bit of time praying and praising the Lord in her
room. She progressed to sitting, attempting to stand, had pain and
could feel her legs, and even her stomach, and was starting to gain
more strength. On the 18th, we celebrated her and Sandy’s
birthday, and Anu and Lal’s anniversary; when we walked in for the
party she was sitting cross-legged on the floor. It was so exciting
to see her sitting and able to move. Praise the Lord for His
continual healing in her body.
