I wish
there was a way for me to capture the beauty of this place. The
smiles. The laughter. The joy. The caring. The simplicity.
My
team is currently working at Bethany Home, in Sempang Empat, Malaysia
(http://www.bethanyhome.org.my/). Bethany is an organization
established to educate and empower people with disabilities. They
run a school, group homes and skills training. That’s a very basic
description, but really there is so much done here it is hard to
describe the work they do. Everyday, so much care, love and patience
are displayed by the staff and volunteers; there are smiles and
laughter from the kids. God really does rest in this place.
