Hello!             Moni!           Bojour!            Hola!          Oi!

I am Bethany (or Beth, which ever you prefer)!

I grew up in a small town and didn't realize how big the world was until I went away to college at American University in Washington, DC. College was definitely eye opening to say the least. I not only learned about the world through my major, International Studies, but I also had the priveldge to have friends from all over the world. I also left the United States for the first time during college on serval different mission trips. God was expanding my world view and my understanding of His heart for the nations.

I come from a family of 6, two older brothers and one yonger sister. My dad is a pastor at the Shiloh Seventh Day Baptist Church.  We have lived in South Jersey for as long as I can remember. I was born in Wisconsin and moved to Shiloh before I turned two. My life growing up consisted of school, home, and church. Since Shiloh is a small town, those three circles consisted of the same people which makes for a consistant life.

It wasn't until I got to high school when my world began to divide. I could finally act differently in school than I did in church because I rarely saw my church friends at school. I found my self splitting into two different people. Luckily for me after about two and a half years of this, God had enough with all the silliness and opened a door for me to go on a mission trip to Pittsburgh. I was the only one from my church that went and it was just what I needed. The scripture (Matthew 18:12, Luke 15:4about how the Good Shepherd left the 99 sheep to go look for the one lost made me realize that I was the lost sheep that Jesus went to go find. That was the beginning of the end of my split life.

I am excited to see what God has in store for this next season in life and I am up for the adventure! Would you like to join me for the adventure of a lifetime?
