About me…..
Well I never have fit into the normal category I guess you could say. I spent six years of my childhood living the life of a missionary with my family in Nigeria, Africa. When we moved back to the U.S. at age eight, it took me awhile to realize that wearing dresses 24/7, having cold baths, and running away from the village’s Christmas dinner goat wasn’t the norm for most kids my age. On top of that I was homeschooled till highschool, which resulted in another realization that I was socially awkward. But as time progressed I broke out of my shell and by senior year everyone was trying to get me to shut up. I am pretty outgoing and love new adventures. I have been playing piano since I was age eight and began writing music at age thirteen. Music has always been a passion of mine.

Fast forward to college, this past May I received a Bachelors degree in Church Music from Southeastern University. All this while I felt like I was in the right place of God’s will for me….Till now. Once I graduated from college, music no longer satisfied me. It’s not that my passion for music had changed, but God began to show me that music was a selfish dream.
I believe He wants to use me through music. But I must first sacrifice my wants and desires for what He has planned for me. I guess that’s what opened me up to the World Race. After college I think its normal to start questioning, “Okay, what next?”. Its funny because once you are out of the bubble of school, you start to contemplate what life is all about. I came to the conclusion that the only reason for my life here on earth is to change and impact lives by God’s love. And so here I am, taking a leap of faith for God not to only change me, but to use me to change others like never before!
