The Lord knew I didn’t have that kind of money and He called me still.
Stepping back from God’s call was not going to bring me closer to Him in the way we both desired. So I trusted Him and with less than $100 to my name I applied. I knew it wasn’t going to be easy and it wasn’t going to come in a day.
From beginning to end it took around 9 months and 3 days and a whole lot of vulnerability, love, trust, faith, and HOPE.
IT IN EVERY WAY took a village….

P.S.-This year isn’t over yet! I’m currently on month 7 of 11! I’m loving being a Squad Leader and am working alongside Team Ruthless Trust in Hyderabad India! I’m working at Sarah’s Covenant Homes, an organization caring for over 100 children with special needs that have been abandoned or relinquished by their families. Most of them arrive in extremely weak condition with illnesses and in need of immediate medical care and surgical needs. SCH provides an education, medical care, therapy of all sorts, good nutrition, and LOTS OF LOVE! 5 new children just arrived this week and I’m already in LOVE! Pray for my squads as we pour our hearts out in India!
