Here is the support letter I am sending out to family and friends to ask they partner with me as I prepare for the World Race. Thank you in advance for making this opportunity possible for me.

Dear Family and Friends,
As many of you know, I have been blessed to help set up and help run Raising Hope Foundation which has given me the opportunity to spend four summers in Ghana; serving those less fortunate than myself and loving on them. During these life changing trips I have taught children and helped build a child care centre. These trips opened my heart to mission work and I want to see God work in ways I have never seen, I want to help more and show Gods love to people who have never heard of Him.
With that I am excited to share with you the next opportunity that God has placed before me – the World Race! The World Race is a journey to 11 countries in 11 months to serve ‘the least of these’ whilst amongst real and raw community. Starting in January 2015 I will be going to Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, China, Swaziland, Lesotho, South Africa, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Mexico and the USA.
In each country I will partner with local ministries to serve some of the most needy people in the world. I don’t know exactly what ministry I will be doing in each country but typically they look like: partnering with churches and ministries in communities to preach the Gospel, working in orphanages, planting churches, and ministering to women and children who are trapped in prostitution as a result of human trafficking. I will be living and travelling with a team of other young adult Christians where we will encourage, strengthen, challenge, and help each other grow. It’s going to be a great opportunity for personal spiritual growth and discipleship.
I would like to invite you to be a part of what God is doing in my life, and also to be a part of what He will do around the world through me and to ask if you would consider partnering with me in my ministry in the following ways:
Prayerfully
Prayer is vital to my trip and I ask that you pray for me and my team as well as the countries and people we will be visiting; this is an amazing opportunity but I also know it will be a challenging year, I will need prayers for strength, wisdom and courage.
Financially
I must raise $16,242 (around £10,000) in order to go on the World Race, which covers all of my expenses on the field. This financial support can be a one-time gift or a reoccurring monthly donation.
I have a number of financial deadlines that I must meet:
$3,500 – Due September 26th
$7,500 – Due December 19th
$11,000 – Due April 1st (the end of month 3 on the field)
$16,243 – Due July 1st (the end of month 6 on the field)
