Thirty-eight hours stand between me and a flight to meet my squad.
That is approximately 2280 minutes. 136,800 seconds.

There aren't even one million seconds between me and departure, folks.

Annddddd…

I'm an excited wreck.

I need to wash a load of laundry and shove a few precious items from said laundry into my bag.
I need to pack this laptop that I'm brutally attacking with my fingertips (but I really want to watch one more episode of Ugly Betty…or twelve).
I need to finish Wicked so I can give it back to my best friend before I leave (I've got about 100 pages and it WILL be finished).
I need to take my clothes and other things to storage.
I need to wash my Nalgene one more time.

I'm missing Rome more than almost anything ever.
I want to spend a little more time with my best friends.
I need a Caramella from Swift and Finch.

I need more Jesus. So I'm leaving in two days.

This is one of the most heart wrenching experiences I've ever been through, but I'm so thankful for all God has given me and I'm most honored by all the prayers from so many people here. I don't know how to explain it, but when someone says "I'm praying for you" or "I'm carrying you to the Father" or anything along those lines, it hits my heart really hard (in a good way). It's not something that I know how to explain in words yet, but it's so big and so meaningful.

So thank you. I can't wait to share this journey with you.
