I have so much to tell you about from the past few weeks and I unfortunately won´t be able to recap a lot of it until I have better access to the internet. We arrived safely and have been soaking up the encouragement and friendship of our brothers and sisters. We are still in our large group living in community and getting to know the people around us. Last night we had a big bon fire with some new friends and they made us some hot cocoa with ginger and cinnamon and all sorts of stuff in it…got to play the guitar and worship and life is good…I even just got done with a little luxury of some chocolate milk 🙂
Saturday we will be heading out in our small team up to the mountains where there tends to be more paganism and witchcraft. Some of the other groups will be heading elsewhere and then some are also staying put here. We will learn in the next few days about the culture and the best ways to love the people we will be living with for the remainder of the month. I´m more than ecstatic to be located in the mountains…I´ve yet to take a picture, but some of my friends are faithful in taking them so you may want to check through their blogs for awhile. Steph, Hollis and Nick will have pictures up when they get time to post them.
I was blessed to be a part of the one thing conference in kansas city before heading out…my heart was stirred for the end times and have been learning how much revalation is a book of love…you can definitely be checking my blog later for more on that but you can be praying that He would give me insight into it and a hunger for His word and presence. God then hooked me up with a ride with some fantastic guys from one thing to oklahoma city where i spent a couple days with cameron and his family…blessings have been abounding…thank you guys for blessing me and know that i will return the favor to as many as i can this ummm life…this goes beyond 11 months if you all didn´t figure that out by now.
my heart is filled with praise and passion for my beloved and He´s drawing me in…thank you for your prayers and generosity. you are in my heart and mind often and i look forward to sharing more and more about His graces and mercy…until next time my friends- be blessed and may his grace and peace flow through you effortlessly with an oil of gladness and thanksgiving upon your hearts.
P.S. Im hopeful to get another blog done before i head to the mountains because i don´t know how many i will have up there 🙂
