This morning started with a call from the States saying that one of my staff just had their dad pass away. There is obvious grief and we’re trying to get her home to be with family. Please pray that the Holy Spirit would comfort her and bring His peace. Pray that He would guard her mind against the flaming arrows that are undoubtedly flying. Pray that she would have favor in returning home to be with family as they grieve together. Pray that He works something out of good out of this poor situation. Pray that He gets glory.

Seeing the devastation on her face this morning brought a new level of understanding of what these people are having to go through after so many have lost family and friends here. It explains the shrieks and cries of the people that rise every time there is an aftershock…It reminds me and reinforces the truth that these people need a lot and physical stuff isn’t the most important. Please stand in the gap as we mourn with those who mourn and rejoice with those rejoicing down here.
