So this one time I was traveling through Mozambique and got a gift called Malaria. It turns out that it's the gift that just keeps on giving! I was going to give you a heads up with prayer requests a few days and then I got jacked. The last few days I've been laid out with chills, fevers, vomiting, diahrea, aches, pains and I even pulled a "Cameron." This is the first day that I've actually felt up to being outside for an extended period of time but I'm still pretty exhausted.

Today also marks some major changes to our team. There's been a lot of things going on here that have really highlighted the cost of following Jesus. The guys are getting their worlds rocked a bit in different ways. One of our boys, Ben, has come through some serious crap and has plenty more to go through. However, he feels God is leading him back to the States to face some of the things he's been putting off…so this morning we said our farewells and he's on his way back right now. This wasn't an easy decision by any stretch of the imagination and i don't have the time or words right now to really fill you all in with every detail. Please keep him in your prayers and we'll be writing soon about some more of what God is doing soon. He somehow seems to multiply time overseas.

Many of you have been praying for Parvaysh and Kyren as they've gone through the ringer after losing their first child during labor. Parvaysh is training to be the local pastor and will be taking over full time within a month. His parents divorced and split when he was really young. His wife however has come from a family that is very business minded and has stayed together. Unfortunately, they've used this time to really give Parvaysh a lot of grief for not doing enough for Kyren or having another main job than what God has been calling him to. They're not Christians and have been trying to be divisive between the two in the time of their grief instead of comforting. This brings a lot of emotions to me because he's a very innocent and good man! God's got a grip on him and how he's walking through this trial is a testament of the character inside of him. Please pray for God's favor and rest on him and his wife during this time.

Nic and Branden are starting to come down with something today and are feeling under the weather. I hope they don't have to go through what I just did the past few days…Please pray for their health and rest as well.

Things will be drastically different from here on out without Ben presently with us. These next days are going to be big in forming the dynamics again and setting the tone going forward. Please pray for favor and blessing…

For those of you who have contacted me through my blog or email, please have grace with me as it may take me a bit to get to the emails…
