The World Race is an 11-month journey to walk with Jesus and share His love with people in 11 countries, hence the Twitter hashtag: #11n11. (If you don't know what a hashtag is, just assume I didn't say it.) It didn't take me 11 months to make the 11 country mark though, so that hashtag may need to be reconsidered…

Our squad of World Racers left the USA on January 11th following our expected itinerary.

We did ministry in Honduras (1), El Salvador (2), and Guatemala (3) in January, February, and March, respectively.

After a few long days of travel with a layover in Istanbul, Turkey (4), we eventually made it to Albania (5). During that month, some of us took the opportunity of a weekend off to float on a ferry to Italy (6). When we left Albania, we took an overnight bus through Kosovo (7) and Macedonia (8) before arriving in Bulgaria (9).

Since Greece (10) was less than twenty miles away from one ministry site in Bulgaria, we had the chance to cross that border as well.

June 11th will mark exactly 5 months since we began, and we have already been in Romania (11) for about a week. Just in case you missed it, that's 11 countries in under 5 months!

What a ride. What a race! Acts 20:24 Thank you to all of you who support me in prayer, encouragement, and giving! The Lord is teaching me tons, and He's allowing me to grow wherever, whenever, and however He uses and leads us.

I even milked this cow along the way…
