So here I am writing about the absolutely incredible time I
had at Training Camp, however I am under strict orders not give away any
pertinent details, but I’ll give you future racers a sneak peak.

To summarize the week in two words, I would have to say “Simply
Amazing
“.

Here’s my little list:

1.
Throw your expectations out the door before
coming and throughout the week you’ll find out that Training Camp was beyond
anything you could have ever expected!

2.       FREEDOM, you will find it if you let go of the
baggage you’re carrying…

3.       Prepare to be humbled and to be rendered
peaceful about the Race.

4.       Find out what it means to be a man of God, to be
a leader, to be broken, and to live a surrendered life.

5.       Come find community and friends you would lay
your life down for on the Race. I know this is a bold statement, but I sincerely
love my squad.

6.       Find out what means to really speak life into
people, to see them as more important than yourself.

7.       For comic relief, you’ll find out that you are probably
a terrible dancer, have enough grease in your hair to oil guard your car after
a few days of not showering, become pretty good a swinging an axe, smell like
campfire all the time, and find yourself doing and saying the most random things.
(It was crazy!)

8.       Learn what it really means to intercede for the people
of this world, even to the point of tears.

9.       Prepare to be challenged, hungry, stretched, and
even aching. You’ll understand when you go…

10.   Learn that Truth and the supernatural activity
of the Holy Spirit go hand in hand and are not separate entities.

11.   Learn that your voice must be heard and that it has
so much more of an impact than you could ever think.

12.   Learn what it means to be a TEAM.

13.   Learn that submitting to leadership is easy and
well worth it when you have amazing Christ-like leaders.

14.    You will
probably meet some people who will change your life for the better!

15.   Be ready to meet people that will probably become
not only companions on the Race, but friends for life.

16.   You will be more thankful for the sacrifice
Christ made for you, how much He desires to be in relationship with you, and
for how much he desires to use in restoring everyone back into relationship
with Him

17.   Just prepare to be blown away…

18.   Become more deeply rooted in God’s heart and
burden for the world we live in. He loves us so much. He loves you so much! Call
me crazy, but I believe this with all my heart. Enough that I would give my
whole life to it. That I would even go around the world spreading His LOVE and
HOPE.

This is my team, Absolute Abandon, they are so awesome!
