So yesterday we got all kinds of big news.  So I will go in chronological order.

  1. Dr's Visit gave us some possible options for what else might be going on with Libbys symptoms after her last bout with what we thought was Mono but we think might be a blood sugar and diet issue. I wont say the dirty "D' word yet. We will find out tomorrow what the real deal is. I guess I could get used to eating rabbit food.
  2. Got a call from our Missions Mobilizer ( read "contact at Adventures in Missions) asking how we felt about us possibly moving to a new squad. Several factors came into the decision for her to bring up the question to us.

    1. For example, We and the couple on the new squad were the only married couples on each squad. If we moved we would have another married couple that we would share the journey with. Like it or not… doing something like this as a married couple is different. Sorry single folks, you'll get there one day.
    2. Our original Squad had maxed out and the squad we were being asked to move to had considerably fewer people and needed some transfers to be able to minister effectively
    3. SOOOOOOO that combined with the advice of some others who have done the WR married with another married couple as well as some who have done it as the only married couple…

                                        WE ARE SWITCHING SQUADS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This means that our route will change as well. We are replacing our three Central American countries with three European countries and changing Phillipines for Malaysia and Sri Lanka for Nepal.
Our route now is as follows: Ireland, Romania, Ukraine, Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Thailand, Cambodia, India, Sri Lanka and Malaysia.

Now the last thing that happened yesterday… Sunday marked my last official day at the church i've been serving at for the last 3+ years and they took up an offering for our World Race fund. With that money we have reached our final goal before launch. It will put us at 70% of our $31,000 goal. I think our mobilizer is gonna poop a brick when she sees that donation.

Wow now thats a good day.
