Hello beautiful friends!! I am so excited to announce that God has blessed me with the opportunity to participate in the World Race Gap Year, in September 2018 I will embark on this amazing journey. This is a nine month mission trip that will take me to Swaziland, India, and Guatemala!!! While on this trip I will be spreading the word of God to those who feel hopeless and lost. I cannot even put into words how excited I am to be given the opportunity to spread Gods word!!!
I know for some of you this might be very surprising so let me tell you a little bit about my walk with God:
God has always been an important part of my life but this past July he showed me his plans. My sister and I went on a missions trip to Uganda to volunteer and minister in a school. The first day I walked threw the doors something changed inside of me the emotions I felt where indescribable. I couldn’t get enough of it. Thats when God spoke to me, this was his plan for me to dedicate my life to spreading his word to help those who felt hopeless. This missions trip was just the first step in my journey.
When I returned home I prayed and kept asking God what was my next step how do I get involved even more with missions. A few days later I was at my aunts house telling her about my trip and thats when she told me about the World Race and in that moment it just made sense that was my next step, after that everything just seemed to fall right into place and here I am writing this blog to tell all you beautiful people about this amazing journey!!!
