Mark 10:14b, “Let the children come to me, do not hinder them, for such belongs the kingdom of God.”
These are the words of Jesus Christ and this is exactly what we are able to do here in India!
Every day we get to go play with children who have been abandoned by their families most likely because they all have special needs. Anything from being lame or deaf or mental delays, ICM has taken them in and we get to love on them.
The funny thing is, I feel more love from them than what I can give back. Jesus is loving on me through these children and He is using them in His kingdom, I am sure of that.
These girls display the joy of the Lord on a daily basis and they love each better than most sisters. Its no surprise that Jesus says, “Truly I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child shall not enter it.” (Mark 10:15)
So yes, I am loving these girls everyday and hopefully they feel that, but I believe that I am actually reaping more from them! What an incredible way to end this Race by realizing that Jesus can use absolutely anyone and He is choosing to use these girls (who I traveled around the world to minister to) to love me!
