HOLA!!! Greetings from Peru!!
So
I have a lot of catching up to do so I’ll try for this to not be too
all over the place. 🙂
First and foremost I just want to tell
you all how thankful I am for what God has planned for me this year.
I thank you all for your encouragements, and ultimately your prayers.
Six months ago when I was called to this race $13,800 seemed like so
much money, but now, praise be to God for all of you as we are so
close to meeting this goal!!! How exciting!!!! THANK YOU!!!
Next,
there are a few pretty important people I want you to meet…MY
TEAM!!! (Who all are just so lucky to be spending this year with me!
24/7…be jealous! haha kidding!)
This is Terri…she is our team leader
who is so sweet and compassionate! She’s from West Virginia and
believe it or not her youngest daughter just started college this
year!
Caroline is next. She’s my east coast
girl from Connecticut. We have matching gear so we’re tight already!!
We’re like sidekicks, which is so helpful in keeping me from missing
Kendra, my twinnie too much!
Then there’s Sarah! She’s from all
over, actually she’s currently from Peru! She’s really laid back,
fun-loving and an added bonus massage therapist!!! woohoo!
Continuing from Kansas is Matt Snyder.
He’s a very attractive bacholer who enjoys long walks on the beach
with Jesus of course! He’s an intellectual guy and is super good at
writing, perhaps he can teach me a few things!
The latest addition to our team is
Rusty. He’ll actually be the leader of the entire big group (I
think). He’s really great and I believe will be such an awesome
addition to our team!
And finally another important person I
want you to meet, who’ll be all of our best friends this year is…..
JESUS! 🙂 hahah
I feel so blessed to be on this team
with such amazing people. They are all so much fun, amazing people
who are here to fully surrender to what God has called us to do this
year! Be prepared for some incredible things to happen!
