(I wish I could post pictures, but alas this internet cafe will not allow such things… maybe next time?)

So, India has already come and gone and my team and I are ALREADY on our 2nd month. Time flies when traveling the world.

India is an experience all on its own and the fact that it was our first month was intense.

Here are a few things God showed me while in India:

– Trash cans are a rare find in India but when you do find one, it's weird to actually use it.
– A bobble of a head can mean multiple things
– An auto ride can increase one's prayer life
– God has called me to love and when I do, He always shows up
– Just because there is a co(I wish I could post pictures, but alas this internet cafe will not allow such things… maybe next time?)

– Just because there is a couch to sleep on, doesn't always mean it's the best option unless you love waking up with more than 30 bug bites on one arm. Thank you, ant infested couch.
– Banana juice was the best gift anyone could ever get me
– Having "A/C" usually meant one could feel the breeze from a fan.
– Saree's are the hottest thing to wear… anywhere.
– The white cows are the worst to slap. People can get very angry… (oops)
– I could get an awesome ego boost from running in the morning especially when children would run up to the road and start waving and yelling excitedly. #celebritystatus
– India has its own smell

– God has not forgotten India or the people there, in fact, His love for that country is so strong.
This is something God really allowed me to see and actually comprehend: my God knows and see's everything. He loves those who no one else see's. He never forgets a single strand of hair on someone's head.

While working at SCH, there was a few days we worked in the immobile girl's room. God broke me for these girls. My heart broke because I just wanted to scream at them that they are loved, that they are known by a God who cherishes them. That they are His daughter's and He is their Father. That they might have been abandoned by their physical families but they will never be abandoned by their true Father. Will they ever know that they are princesses?

God so lovingly reminded me that He sees them just as He sees me. He will not forsake them and that I am there to be His hands and feet. To hold them, to hug them or to wipe away the tears they shed. How unworthy I am to be His hands and feet but praise Him for choosing me.

Hopefully pictures will come soon! My team and I are in Nepal now! Keep your prayers coming! Love you all!
