Hey everyone,
So, I’ve finished my first month on the Race! Wow! Soooo crazy how time flies. My team and I put together a funny, but educational video of what our ministry looked like in Belize. Check out the video below. Or go to my YouTube channel (Link is on my WR homepage).
Additionally, our whole squad is currently on Caye Caulker, an island off the coast of Belize. We are here debriefing this past month as a whole squad, until Monday November 5, 2018 and then we will be traveling by bus to Honduras. We will be staying in the city of Valle de Angeles and will be living all together as a squad (35 people). We are staying in one big house with only one bathroom, so p l e a s e be praying for all of us.
Finally, God has put on my heart to create a video series called “A Woman’s Worth”. The goal of this video series is basically to capture different viewpoints and opinions on what it means to be a woman. This idea stemmed from my passion of advocating for woman. I think it is IMPORTANT for woman to know their worth and the value they add to our societies. I would like to spend this next year not only serving the communities I come across, but also capturing what it means to be a woman living in these communities. I will be posting the first of many videos in the next couple days on my YouTube channel AND on the homepage of my blog. Please check it out and let me know what you think.
