If I had to sum of the last few weeks in one word it would simply be “WOW!!!!”
The Lord has been teaching me SO much about living life with child-like faith!!! Children literally have no fear! Have you ever watched a child learning how to walk or climb? Nothing is off limits for them! They don’t see the risks involved when trying to stand or the risk when trying to get to the top of the steps. They just simply have no fear; they know it looks like fun to get up there so they go for it! A lot of times, parents are there to stop them before they reach the top, and even if they aren’t and they fall on their butts however that doesn’t stop them from trying again. They have nothing that truly limits them! If it doesn’t work the first time they continue to try until they get it right. And that’s what I’m learning with the Lord. When you begin to walk with the Lord things seem fun and exciting and then “real life” hits again and we get bummed out and we lose that “first time love” feeling. But what the Lord has been teaching me is it’s more than just an emotional thing. The Holy Spirit loves to simply do life with us, and LOVES when we climb a little higher and trust Him more and more! So He’s been teaching me to step out in faith through prayer, evangelism and simply trusting in his Spirit. And that’s exactly what I’ve been doing. There has been a group of us that have decided that we’ve had enough of the day to day living, but we have chosen to trust enough to truly dig into His Spirit and move! We have seen the Lord move SO MIGHTILY!!!! Through healing, through prophecy, and through revival of hearts. It’s been some of the most beautiful things that Spirit has done. And it has absolutely nothing to do with me, or with us. We are just willing to move when He says move, bold enough to step out and connect with strangers, and just crazy enough to believe the impossible can happen! AND IT DOES!!!! It’s been some of the most freeing, exciting, mind-blowing weeks for me (of us)! I know this is just the beginning of what the Lord has in store for me and for my team on the World Race! And I am so stinkin pumped to be a part of it!!!!
FUNDRAISER UPDATE!!!!!
This Friday (July 22nd) is my first deadline! As of right now I am $433 away. Meeting this deadline will allow me to attend training camp (August 10-20th) where I will meet my team and get a taste of what our year ahead will be like!
I have a few fundraisers going on at the moment!
First: I have a Premier Jewelry party happening now! There is an event on Facebook that gives all the details on how to shop. You can order online (from anywhere) and 25% of what is sold will go directly towards this trip.

Second: Applebee’s Flapjack Fundraiser! This will take place on Saturday July 30th from 8am-10am. It will be at the First Colonial location. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased directly from me or at the door. I just NEED to know if you are planning to come (even at the door) so that I can give them an estimated headcount. Third: Adopt-a-box fundraiser! This is a super simple event!! I have boxes from 1-100. Each number represents a $$ amount! Underneath these boxes is an image so as the boxes get chosen it will reveal the poster! Please make sure you message me with what box you would like so I can remove it!
