Family and Friends!
Starting July 2014, I will be serving as a missionary through an organization called Adventures in Missions in their World Race program.
The World Race is an 11-month mission trip to 11 different countries around the world. The route I will be taking goes to:
- Dominican Republic
- Haiti
- Honduras
- Guatemala
- Malawi
- Zimbabwe
- Mozambique
- Philippines
- Thailand
- Burma
- Cambodia
Through adventure, ministry, community, and personal spiritual growth, World Racers develop broken hearts that drive their hands to act for God’s kingdom around the globe.
On the World Race, my team and I will be backpacking through each country to serve in partnership with churches and ministries in local communities to preach the Gospel, plant churches, work in orphanages, minister to women and children trapped in prostitution as a result of human trafficking, and bring the restoration and hope of the Father’s love to many tribes and nations.
I am so grateful for this opportunity that God has given me, and have every confidence that He will provide for my needs! Ultimately, my prayer is that He will do that through you. I am asking you to consider partnering prayerfully and financially with me in my ministry.
I must raise a very overwhelming $16,252 in order to go on the World Race. The cost covers training, lodging, airfare, food, and other necessities for the entire year.
I know it seems nearly impossible for someone to fundraise that kind of money in such a short amount of time, but I truly believe God can make the impossible happen for his plan and I am trusting him to do just that.
My Deadlines:
- $6,500 – Due 6/17/2014 (2 weeks prior to the trip)
- $11,000 – Due 10/1/2014 (End of 3 months on the field)
- $16,252 – Total Due 1/1/2015 (End of 6 months on the field)
Financial support can be given as a one-time gift or as a monthly donation. Whatever the Lord lays upon your heart to give will be the right amount and very greatly appreciated! I know God will do amazing things through our partnership over the next year.

- Downside: There are added fees for online donations, 3% for Credit and Debit Cards and 2% for eChecks.
- DynaPay (Automated recurring donations) http://www.adventures.org/dynapay/
- Upside: SUPER helpful for me in reaching my support goals! And if you sign up with DynaPay to automate this process, there are NO processing fees for credit or debit cards!
- Downside: You have to sign up for DynaPay, but it doesn’t take long.
- Checks written to Adventures in Missions (These MUST include the a completed AIM support card so AIM knows the money is meant for me, contact me and I will send this to you.)
- Upside: ALL of the money you give goes directly to my account (no fees for processing!)
- Downside: Traditional checks (not eChecks) must be submitted through by snail mail. Then, they can take up to two weeks to process.
- Checks written to me
- Upside: Checks written to me can help me buy gear and supplies I need for the trip. If a check is written to me and I don’t need to purchase anything, I’ll just send the money on to AIM for my account.
- Downside: Same as sending checks to AIM, and your gift wouldn’t be tax deductible
