About week ago I was saying “I need to raise $2000 in 3 weeks”.
The fact of the matter is, I don’t need to do anything except trust in the Father.
God has never given me a reason to doubt his faithfulness. Once I stopped trying to control everything with fundraising, God provided $1100 in less than a week. God has provided through old friends that I haven’t talked to in years, classmates and coworkers that I never knew even cared that much, relatives of my friends whom I’ve never even met, and even a few anonymous donations!
I’m overwhelmed by God’s goodness and His children’s generosity!
I’m still $1000 shy of my deadline in a few weeks but there’s not a doubt in my mind that God will provide. He has called me to this mission and I humbly and trustingly accept it.
Our Father never ties us to dead dreams. He will provide and I will trust him.
