When you are growing up one of the big questions people ask is ” what do you want to do/be when you grow up/ graduate?” I always answered with “I just want to be a mom” but going on to high school I realized that there is life inbetween graduation and being a mom. But now coming up on graduation I still need to figure out Gods plain for my life.

I heard about the World Race after my sister came home from her passport trip (a 3 month collage age missions trip through AIM) and about the World Race Gap Year shortly after that. I knew I needed to take some time before college to kind of gather my thoughts on the subject, pray about it and get closer to God and get a better understanding of what He wants for my life.

So I applied for and got accepted to go on the August 2016 World Race Gap Year. Through this missions trip I will get to be apart of showing Gods love in Guatemala, Lesotho, and Cambodia. I will spend a total of 3 months in each country . As you can imagine this trip will take a lot of prayer, preparation, and finances I ask that pray over me and my squad as we prepare for this adventure. If you feel led to donate please feel free to hit that “support me!” button at the top and follow the prompts.

I will be blogging throughout my preparation and while I’m in the field so please subscribe to get notifications on when I post! Thanks so much!
