Well before the World Race I always thought I would end up like my father(who is an amazing Man of God). I would graduate college, get a job and while living my faith out in my everyday life, I would really ‘Shine for God’ in my free time; Volunteer, Be active in my church, ETC..

But then God intervened.
He used a series of circumstances that made me take a look at my life and see if I was living my dream for my life or His dream for my life, and I realized while the life I was living was not a bad one, it was NOT the one the Lord wanted for my life.
I realized that the plan that I had for my life and the plan that the Lord had for my life were much different.

So here I am 4 months into being home from the race and the Lord has lead me down to Gainesville, GA to the Center for Global Action(CGA). A discipleship program facilitated by Adventures in Missions.
So what does all this have to do with my calling….
Right now I am content with being where I am at; Working in the Admissions office at Adventures, getting to connect people with the missions trip that is perfect for them, speaking life into people, continue to disciple and be discipled by those in the community down here and to continue to strive to learn more about Jesus and the role He will use me in to change this world for the Kingdom.
Are you living the life for the Lord or yourself?
Are you pursuing your own deisres, or the desires the Lord has for you life?
