Y squad, Here are your important details about what to do when you arrive:
Meeting Place:

Your squad will congregate along the wall by baggage claim number 1. So head down there after you collect your bag. Staff will be there to pick you up and take you to your squad's launch site.
If you want to eat before you leave the airport, please eat in the terminal that you arrive. There is nowhere to eat in baggage claim area. Again they need to arrive to DULLES before 3pm.
Remember, air transportation often includes delays. Plan ahead for the unexpected and allow ample time between gate arrival, baggage claim and the time you are supposed to meet. We realize that flight schedules are not always ideal. Plan on arriving earlier rather than later. If you meet with delays or problems, have the following phone numbers available, so you can let us know.

Please make sure that your profile page includes your travel plans and the phone number where we can reach you during your travel. If you will not have a phone with you while traveling to your Launch point, please send us a method for contacting you should any problems arise.
