I hope you are all doing well. I know some of you on this list are new so please excuse the urgency. I need you to do the best that you can do to get your information in as soon as possible. By next Tuesday, May 10th would be awesome. Please see if your name is listed below.
Passport: The following people either need to upload their info or correct something. Your passport info is on your My Mobilization Info tab under your documents tab.
I have NO INFO for the following people. If you have contacted me you are excused but you need to keep me updated on the progress:

These people have random errors or their is an error in the "Passport Issued By" section under the passport info. Either you typed a date or it is blank. Please erase what you have in there and type the country that issued your passport.
-Allison Elliott- Under the "Passport Issued By" section you have a date. You need to put in what country issued your passport
Travel to Training Camp: The following information can be found under your "My Mobilization Info" under the "Travel" tab. All training camp info can be found on your team blog on the blog entitled "Training Camp Dates." This section is extremely important that I have the most accurate info possible!!!

Pictures:
I need EACH of you to go to your Admissions profile page (Not your blog site) and make sure that you have uploaded a bio picture. I will be printing out these pictures in black and white and so that we can see your face and name and start learning who everyone is quicker. So…stop what you are doing right now, go to your admissions page, and make sure you have a close up picture that will look clear and visible in black and white uploaded. I want to see your face (head and shoulder shot.) PLEASE DO THIS TONIGHT!!!
Medical/Counselor Information:
If you have not uploaded your information you need to do so by April 29th. If you are not ablet to do this I need you to email me at [email protected]
You are required to get a release if you have listed any medical conditions and/or your interviewer told you you need either a counselor or medical release.
Insurance:
You have a deadline of May 6th to purchase your International Health Insurance. We refer a company called "Good Neighbor." They have a special plan especially for you and it has a World Race discount on it.
