I had an entire blog
written and ready to post when I got to the internet cafe today.  I knew
what I wanted to tell you all about my week.  I had all of my questions
and thoughts perfectly laid out and I was ready for your responses.  Then,
I read your responses from my last blog.  Encouragement.  That’s what
you all gave me.

You reminded me that by
just smiling at the women who I am praying for at the hospital, I am being
Jesus to her. God doesn’t have to use me
to heal her body, I just have to be there. I just have to be there to give the people faith and hope in the God I
know. I just have to be there to
encourage them like you all have encouraged me.

So, I don’t have much to
tell you all. This week we went and
prayed for people at hospitals. No one
was miraculously healed but many came to accept the Lord. I prayed with a  man who had murdered a girl 21 years ago. He was handcuffed to his bed and will be
spending the rest of his life in prison. He was not healed from his sickness, but he was forgiven by God. Thank you for reminding me that that is what
matters.

Thank you for always
encouraging me to just be there, to just hold a hand or just give a smile. Thank you for allowing me to see that God
works in the small things.
