Week one is now completed at K.I.D.S. International here in the Philippines. Much has changed since out team hit the ground running. As some of you may know I was finance person for my team for the first seven months. I am honored that I have been able to serve my team in this way, however, I am no longer fulfilling that role.
My teammate Shawndell will be taking over and serving our team as finance person. I have full confidence that she do wonderful handling all of those concerns, questions, and receipts. Please keep her in prayer as she steps into this leadership position for our team.

The second change I need to mention may be the biggest change thus far. Kayla has served Team Hind’s Feet and Team Abundant Life with incredible love, grace, and support. It has been a tremendous blessing to be able to serve underneath this mighty woman of God. Through these past seven months I have learned from Kayla how a true leader operates. Kayla has a servants heart and has put her team above herself time after time. Thus it came to no surprise that she has stepped down from her leadership position. Kayla lives out The World Race standard of making her ceiling my floor by passing the team leader position onto me.

I have never been more honored to serve the Lord in my life. I take being a team leader humbly and with a grateful heart. God has been preparing me for this time and I have full confidence that He works out all things for His good. I have much to learn and even more room to grow.
God has blessed me with Kayla and the rest of my team, who are fully supportive of this new season. Another blessing is that Team Abundant Life will remain with only those two changes of finance and team leader. Continue to keep us in prayer as we press in for these final four months of the race. Our vision is that we would not slow down but that we only gain momentum to finish the race strong.
