Hey,
I’m Ashlyn and this is my blog. I’m super excited that you’re here to journey with me through this amazing adventure called the World Race. I am currently a senior in high school but next year instead of going to college I have decided to take the opportunity of a lifetime by traveling and doing missions. I will be traveling to three countries in three continents while doing three different missions. Some things you should know about me are first, I am an American citizen but I live in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I lived in China for thirteen years before that and just moved three years ago to Thailand. My parents are missionaries here and that is probably one of the reason’s I’m so motivated to pursue missions myself. Second, I love to sing, I am a worship leader at my school and I absolutely love it! Third, I have a huge passion for photography and might pursue a career in it. I love to take pictures of people as everyone is so beautiful and unique. I couldn’t imagine not being able to capture some of it on my camera. Fourth, I am a Bible Study leader for sophomore girls and I learn more from them than I could ever teach. Fifth, I am on the varsity basketball team and it is a constant journey of improving and learning as I connect with my team. And most important, six, I am in love with Jesus and want to live for Him the rest of my life.
