I’ve only been in SA for a week, but I can already see the devil attacking my heart. The first five days, l didn’t feel God at all. I opened up to my team and decided to search for God wherever I had to.
So, I pulled out my bible, my journaling bible and my journal. I started praying and asking God to help me connect to him, that night my heart felt lighter and my spirit felt brighter. I realized, that in the next 11 months, God was going to make me work for a relationship with him. I have to devote time to him just like he does me.
This morning my daily bible verse was Deuteronomy 4:29. “But if from there, you seek the Lord your God, you will find him if you seek him with and your heart and with all your Soul.”
