Dear Future Racer,

My teammates and I brought some stuff we are so thankful to have. Compiled here is a list of some of those things and you may want to consider bringing them yourself. Also, we will update this list as we think of new things so stay tuned!

·      Headphone multi-splitter (several people can listen to music at once)
·      Baby wipes
·      A small light for my tent. (My headlamp is good but it gets old. Hanging a light in the top of my tent is legit.)
·      Headbands (these come in very handy when we can’t wash our hair!)
·      Perfume samples from department stores!
·      A quality pocket knife (you’d be surprised how much this comes in handy)
·      Duck tape (girls, Ashli brought zebra duck tape! – it makes life more fun!)
·      A power strip.  (Everybody has like three to four things they need charged so one outlet is never enough.)
·      Sweat pants for (After being in skirts all day it is nice to have a pair for lounging.)
·      If you are going to Southern African countries, you will need a SOUTH AFRICAN ADAPTER! It is not on the       normal adaptor you buy from Wal-Mart. Amazon has them for like $2 so get it!
·      Line – to hang clothes on when you hand wash and 10 or so clothing pins
·      Ashli brought a “Craft Kit” – it’s simply a few pieces of colored paper, a 6’ ruler, Sharpies, and colored pens. Angela brought scissors and Amy brought lots of small blank cards and envelopes. (You will use this stuff more often than you think!)
·      Crystal Light packets (or something like it)! You will get tired of water all the time. Bring them!

Catch at the next blog!

Much love to you all,
Fierce Pursuit
