Hey friends!
God is so good.
Just wanted to write a quick update to you all & say thank you again for making it possible for me to be here.
This first week we have been in “training camp” which is where we are really just diving into our team and seeking the Lord. We have stayed at base camp almost the whole time, but did get to explore Antigua for a day! This week we have learned about the Guatemalan culture, what ministry we will be apart of, and the Lords purpose for us here.
I have already seen God move so much in my heart and all around me. It is beautiful. I feel so filled and on fire for the Lord and I cannot wait to pour it onto others.
Today we will be leaving base camp and staying with our ministry hosts for the week! Ministry hosts are the local ministries that we are partnering and serving with. I am SO excited about being able to experience Guatamala and see the Lord move so powerfully. The ministry I am with is named Esperanza, which means Hope in English. We will be focusing on house visits, women’s ministry, teaching English to kids, playing sports, and so much more!
Please pray for unity in our squad, obedience to the Holy Spirit, & that we would bring freedom in Christ to every place we encounter.
