Well it came to attention not to long ago that some of you still have questions as to what it is I am doing exactly. What is the ” The World Race?”
In short the world race is an eleven month missionary trip to eleven diffrent countries. We will be in each country for a month. I’m going on rout 2 whitch leaves this October. The countries I will be going to are;
Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Lesotho (thats in Africa) Swaziland (also in Africa) and then S. Africa.
I will also be traveling to Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Columbia, And last but not least Ecuador.
Why are you going to all these countries? Simply to show the love of God to spread his joy! To offer a helping hand to those in need. This can include and varies from country to country helping in orphanages, helping the elderly, teaching English, building churches and schools. Other activities will vary but basically we are going to show the world threw our actions not just words who Jesus is. To love the unlovable, to love the sick, to teach those willing to listen.
Now why do I keep asking people to donate? The total cost of this trip is approximately $60.00 dollars a day. We will be gone for eleven months. I need to raise just under $19,000 to be able to finish the race. This may seem like a large amount understandably. And no I do not get paid to volunteer, whitch is what I will be doing the whole time I am gone.
This price includes food, shelter, plane tickets to each country, travel with in that said country. I am saving what I can, while I can. I’m still working here in the U.S. till right before I leave in October 2018! I am asking for people to pray before they donate to this cause. I want you to know God lead you to donate and your not just donating becouse I asked. God will provide for me my every need then some to spare. Stress and fundraising do tend to come hand in hand. Walking in Having faith that God will prepare a way for me as not been easy some days. Its a test of trust in the God I know as my father. Some days I succeed with flying colors other days my worry about fundraising needs prayer. On either day good or bad I know My God As MY Back 100%. That is the truth I am standing on.
So far with help of friends and family and anonymous donors God had raised a whopping 3,308 for this cause. I am over whelmed and so thankful to each of you worlds can not express.
