I want to share the whirlwind that’s been the last couple of weeks. At the start of this month, we as a whole team had debrief. This is where we can see one another after being apart for a month or two. Our mentors and coaches fly out from the states also to be with us. It’s a couple of days where we talk about the month of ministry just finished; we have one on ones with the leadership team and have teaching sessions by them also. This is time round it was a lot different.
Coming into this debrief we all knew that we were going to have our teams all changed around, so you can imagine after four months of being with the same close knit team, we were a little nervous with a little bit of excitement thrown in to.
That being said the process was a lot easier to go through than I imagined it would, so without further ado here is my new team, team FAB/FABULOUS
So your probably wondering the name, a part from the fact that we are fab as a team it stands for Fellowship A-Blaze, the long version is Fellowship A-Blaze, Uniting (the) Lost Ones on Untouched Soil….Pretty cool huh!?
This team has been prayed over specifically since December, so you could say God was very specific about who he wanted to put together as a team. I’m really excited to be part of this new team and this season in my life. The Lord has been so kind in making these transitions light rather than burdens. I know that this journey for now won’t be easy – he has clearly spoke to me about intentionally seeking him out and searching in the unknown which requires perseverance; but as the seasons change, His love remains, the constant and I am very thankful for that.
In this season I want to ask you to pray for several things, firstly for me, that the Lords will for my life will become clearer to me, that I would not let myself get in the way of what he is doing.
Next to pray for the girls on my team that they would choose ‘in’ every time and that the Holy Spirit would move in power and that they would step up in greater authority and love in their true identity as daughters to the High King. Lastly for us as a whole team, that we would stay unified and in passionate pursuit of all the Lord has for us.
