Welcome to part two of the photo blog adventure! These photos are of my month in Indonesia. This country is so beautiful, and I am so thankful to have done ministry here, so now, enjoy the photos!
this is my host and his family, they run a church in Medan and it was really cool to be a part of their community. We did a lot of teaching and preaching in the church service this month, a little nervous at times but it was good.
This is Clearens, he was our translator for most of kids programs, super fun and high energy all the time! I’m surprised he even let us do this and take a photo 🙂
This sweet couple is Dave and Frances, they are travelling missionaries and they travel to a lot of places, they are from South Africa and were spending a month doing ministry at the church we were serving with. This couple are so amazing and kind and very encouraging, they prayed for me also and it was really cool!
One of the weeks we travelled to a beautiful part of Indonesia called Lake Toba. Dave and Frances along with our host were teaching a leadership development program to other pastors on the island and we got to help with ministering to people.
One of days, me and a few other girls on my team did a kids outreach, was super fun, played games, sang songs and taught some bible studies, PLUS the kids were super cute!

This is my hosts wife Naomi, she is amazing and so kind, she fed us a lot of traditional food and it was pretty tasty too 🙂
A lot of our ministry this month was outreaches to different churches, teaching bible stories, playing games and of course taking plenty of photos, the Indonesian people love to take pictures worh us at any given moment.
Very thankful to have been a part of this community, they were so welcoming and friendly and always wanting to spend time with us 🙂
