Prepare for some updates! I am posting blogs I have had in the works for months, and will try and do 'em chronologically to keep things less crazy.
October 2011- Day 7 of training camp this past October we found out out teams, the small groups we will be living working and playing in daily for the next 11 months. Check us out in all our silvery glory:
Kelly- top row-Our Fabulous Leader- Kel is from Chico CA, works for a senator and is a total boss.
Brittany Baker-bottom, blue shirt- Britt B is from near Sacramento CA the most even keeled gal you could ever meet. She coaches B Ball and is our treasurer this year.
Brittany Olson- Britt O is living in Colorado working in the kitchen in a Christian Camp. She is a lively gal who is not afraid to paint herself silver to show some D Squad spirit!
Naomi Allen- Nomes is from Austin Texas and in the best possible way I hope she'll keep our team weird, just like her home city. We've already bonded over our mutual love for sci fi, Firefly is the best yo!
Suzy H- Suzy Q is a total sweetheart. She will be leading logistics for our entire squad, so much boss-ness on our team! Suz is from misourii and is a buyer for some cute boutigues, shes got style and panache
Me:) – I've been working at UC San Diego running our ropes course and climbing center. I'm now on a journey of a lifetime and so thrilled to be here.
