Dear friend,
This past year has been a total whirlwind. When I was hospitalized in July of 2018 with septic shock my entire year was rerouted and my faith was tested in ways it’s never been tried before. Little did I know, The Lord was very delicately knitting together His plans for me in the future.
Praise God- I have recently been accepted to serve in a one month mission to ECUADOR this coming June!
After working as a paraeducator in an elementary school this past year, my passion for children and people in general has grown immensely. It became clear God had been placing me in different settings and trials to prepare me to serve where others face the same more often than not. I will have the opportunity to serve in a lot of ways, including ministering to children living on the streets, serving in hospitals for people with special needs, spending time in elderly homes, working with feeding programs, and teaching English. Overall my time in Ecuador will be focused around building relationships and sharing my hope and joy in Christ with everyone I meet along the way.
As you probably know, there are financial responsibilities involved. The total cost of this mission is $4,500 for my transportation, meals, and accomodations. Would you prayerfully consider giving to help me raise support for this mission? More importantly would you pray for me, my team and the people we will be serving?
