Ministry – House Prayer Visits, preaching during Thursday/Friday night services, Kids Christmas Program (one of my favorite days on the race so far), Christmas Caroling, Wednesday night prayer meetings, Preparing for Christmas Eve program
Living Conditions – We lived above the church we served with. We were in a room with air conditioning and slept on our sleeping mattress we packed. We had a fridge, toaster and toaster oven. The first month with consistently cold water to shower in. I survived.
Scripture I read through – Leviticus, Numbers, Hosea
Language – We worked alongside Indians the majority of the month, and they spoke Tamil.
Highlights – a weekend in Langkawi, Christmas with Squad mates, Christmas caroling, going to a wedding!
Lowlights – I got sick a lot last month, sinus infection, pink eye, and a weird rash. My sleeping pad popped two night before we left
Friends Made – Pastor Thomas, Kasturi, Patrick, Justin and Jordan, Nicholas and family, Raj, Yamuna, Ester, Jessica, Mercy
Lessons Learned – Not to waste time, my words have importance and can either tear people down or give life
