Let’s start with fundraising,
Depending on when you are reading this I am at $11,846 in my fundraising! I am so grateful (and blown away!) from everyone who has provided support through a monetary donation, given their time and energy or other resources to help get me to almost $12,000! As training camp approaches (33 days away!) your support and kind words mean more than anything!
So here’s what we have coming up:
I am so excited to have an event where there will be my family, friends, co-workers, church family and many more people in attendance! Chick-fil-a gives 10% of all sales (drive-thru included) back to my fundraising goal. I will also have T-shirts for sale, Accessories from Threads of Hope available for purchase (pictures below), and will be collecting shoes for my shoes drive as well.

** Volunteer opportunity – I am looking for about six people who would help make sure this event goes smoothly! I would love to have people volunteer for a 1-hour shift to either greet people at the doors, run food or help make sure the dining area is clean Send me a message if this is something you can help with!!
Through the end of July, I am collecting new & gently used shoes in partnership with an organization called funds2orgs. They distribute them among developing nations so families can earn a decent living and have a way to support themselves. It’s an easy and effective no-cost way to support me!!

-Anchor Coffee House in Downtown White Bear Lake (Hours: Monday-Friday 7 am-4 pm)
-Chick-fil-a fundraiser on July 9th from 5-8pm
I am still hoping to get 1,500 pairs to reach my total goal of 2,500 pairs of shoes. Your donation of shoes is valued!
THREADS OF HOPE ACCESSORIES!
These beautiful bracelets, lanyards, keychains and camera straps are made from precious kiddos in the Philippines (the first country I am going to!) This is another one of those fundraisers that help benefit me but also provide a sustainable job for families in a developing nation. I will have these accessories with me on a daily basis to buy, and you can check out my full inventory at the Chick-fil-a fundraising night.
