1. My name is Ashley Anne Collins, but my friends call me Ashes or Ash 🙂 I am 26 years old and live in the Twin Cities.
2. I love Jesus.
3. I’m a big fan of international missions work. I’ve gone to Haiti 8 times through Mission of Hope, Haiti. I believe its really important to get out and meet people and hear stories of how God works in the world.
4. I grew up in the church and did the normal, Sunday School, Confirmation, etc… But it wasn’t until January of 2012 I took my faith on as my own. Thank you Passion Conference for leading me into a space to make this decision!! A month after I got back I reaffirmed my baptism at the age of 18.
5. One of my favorite chapters of the Bible is Psalm 139. It’s gotten me through a lot.
6. I have a fantastic family. My parents have been married 34 years and they show me every day what love looks like. My brother is 18 months older than I am, and he’s been married 3 years to one of my bestest friends in the world, Hannah Joy 🙂 The most recent addition to our family is our Husky/Shepard Mix Pup Louie. Dogs are life.
7. I worked at Lifetime Fitness as a personal trainer, but you probably wouldn’t know it because I love chocolate so much.
