Hey guys!!!

Its me again finally! Just wanted to update you on what we’re doing on the race lately! So we are currently in Quito, Ecuador and let me tell y’all, it hot!!! So we’re staying at this amazing casa aka house, where the food is incredible and we have mattresses and wait for it…..HOT SHOWERS!

But even more important than the five star accommodations is the ministry! We work qith a ministry called Covi, which is a program that helps city street kids who truly doesn’t have avplace to live. These kids are libing in poverty in their homes with their parents and yet sone may not even have a place to call home.

So what Covi does is they give them a plave to live, they give them education in the form of schools, they feed them, clothe them, and let them be the kids they are supposed to be. Because kids truly are supposed to be kids and not have to worry about where they will lay their head or when their next meal is. Covi even feeds their volunteers and to a pack of six hungry chickas (girls) good food is hard to say no to haha.

I am absolutely having the best time on the race. God has spoken through my life in multitude of different ways. He has opened my eyes to His will and has continued to teach me what he needs me to learn. A saying that I want to leave you with us let your head knowledge become heart knowledge. This means allow God to work through you to allow what you know to be true become what you believe to be true.

It’s easy to believe what society tells you to be true about yourself and unfortunately we believe that more than what God tells us. If society tells us we’re ugly or fat, or that we’ll never be good enough we have the tendency to believe that more than what God’s truth is. He tells us we’re beautiful and we are good enough, because he created us in His image and His image is perfect! Are you going to try and denounce His image of you because I’ve learned that He doesn’t make mistakes. So Iimplore you, allow God’s heart knowledge to become your heart knowledge because at the end of the day society means nothing in the kingdom of heaven. No one will care who you we’re, what you looked like, and how you dressed. I love you guys andI’m so happy you guys are on this journey with me!
