So we found internet! Wahoo!

It has been an intense and beautiful past few weeks for us. We are in a town called Bugiri in Uganda and have spent this past week travelling to the outskirts of the town. And it has been amazing to see God at work. I wish I had time to write more about what all we saw (but in a few days I believe I will be able to post lots of blogs!). But we definitely saw God move and heal.  The blind saw and the lame walked. YES. You just read that. We serve an AMAZING God and it is day by day that I am falling more in love with Him.

I cannot thank you enough for the prayers. There are days where I fear we would not have made it had there not been supporters praying for us. We felt the effects of your prayers and are GRATEFUL. When we first arrived in Bugiri, most of us were not sleeping well and we felt attacked pretty much constantly…things are definitely improving now but our bodies are taking the toll. Largely because this past week has been SO incredible but also exhausting. Our days have been pretty long and it has been pretty much all day every day. And it really has been beautiful and we’ve taken a new liking to the verse that says Jesus will be made perfect in our weakness…and its so true and beautiful. To know when you have nothing to give that its actually a good thing because it should be Jesus all the time anyway.

So our month here in Uganda ends sometime this week then we have a little bit of a break before we head off to our next country. It is crazy to think that in a little more than a weeks time we will be entering our 8th country and our 8th month. I still can’t believe it.

Hopefully my next few blogs will be specific stories from the field but while I have internet I wanted to let you all know that we are doing well and that God is moving and it has been a BEAUTIFUL month! So thank you for your prayers!!!
