His name is Zwelakhe. He is 5 years old and the most beautiful child! He has loving eyes and a trusting smile. His heart is huge and has so much to give. His father died a year ago. He lives with his mom near the rest of his family. He has so many aunts and uncles that love him and the most precious grandmother across the dirt road.

One day his aunt Phephile, age 14, was kneeling on the ground. Zwelakhe, like the 5 yr old that he is, ran and jumped onto her back for fun. Phephile fell over and scraped her knees. The tears welled up in her sweet eyes and slowly rolled down her cheeks. A few minutes later I noticed Zwelakhe sitting in her lap crying. I wondered if he had gotten in trouble. When I asked what happened the response broke my heart. He was crying on behalf of his aunt. He was sad that she had been hurt by him. This 5 year old boy that loved so deeply wept for the scraped knees of his aunt.

There are crazy stories of healings and testimonies of amazing people, but it's the little moments like scraped knees that bring me to a new revelation of the Lord.

I look at Zwelakhe who has next to nothing and all I see is the love of our Saviour. God has blessed him with an incredible family and an enormous heart. Zwelakhe loves with his whole heart and holds nothing back.

Jesus loves us with His whole heart and hold nothing back. When we fall and scrape our knees our Saviour weeps for us. I believe that. I believe that our hearts are linked when we enter into a relationship with Him. When my Father's heart breaks… my heart breaks and when my heart breaks… my Father's heart breaks.

Zwelakhe displays the Father's love so perfectly in his giant, passionate, fragile heart.

Love without holding anything back.
