So as you might know there have been some pretty drastic changes on our squad. Two of our teammates have left and our squad leaders felt God leading them to change the teams around. When I was first notified about the changes I was pretty freaked out. I loved my team. It was hard enough missing my family at home that I didn’t want to lose my new family too. Thankfully God really started to give me peace about the changes.

Our new teams were announced yesterday morning, it seems like so long ago already. As soon a I heard who my new teammates are I was super excited. They are all amazing people who are chasing after God. We had 3 hours following the changes to just be in silence seeking God. These hours were a blessing. I spent my time journaling about my new team, how wonderful they are and how we are gonna work together so well. I also took time to journal about G.L.O.W.. I wrote about how much I love them and all the wonderful memories we made together.  I cried. I’m gonna miss them all so much. As hard as it was to say good bye, the changes are gonna be so good for all of us. Besides, they will always be my first family and I will see them often.

First I wanna tell you that half of team G.L.O.W. are now leaders! Nathan and Andrea were both chosen to lead teams. I am so proud of them! I have seen them, and the rest of the team grow so much since we first started our journey together. God has huge things in store for all of us in our next season on the race.

Our whole squad has transformed since yesterday morning it is incredible to see. I really feel like this has prepared us for Africa. God is so present among us. Each team has an amazing vision for their season together, ours is worship! We have 2 people who play guitar and all of us love to sing. I can’t wait to worship in the streets of Africa!

So… my new team is…..drum roll please!

So excited!! ๐Ÿ™‚ I will post a family pic up soon ๐Ÿ™‚
Update:
We leave for Nairobi on Monday morning! We will be staying in the city for a few days before we head to our destination which isn’t even on the map! It’s in Kenya on the border of Uganda ๐Ÿ™‚ We don’t know exactly what we’ll be doing yet but it’s gonna be awesome!

I want to thank you all so much for your support, it means so much to me and God, you are helping bring His kingdom to earth. Unfortunately my support account is pretty low, I’m just under $8,500 and I need to be at $11,000. PLEASE prayerfully consider if God is calling you to start or continue supporting me…and pray that the money would come in. God is doing so many incredible things in my life and the lives of others. I know He has called me here and has so much more in store for me, I don`t want it to end. I have faith that He will provide.

Blessings!
