I was just browsing over my old blogs and watching videos of some of the most special kids I will ever know, and figured I would update yall on one more special one…
Matthew and I are expecting our “first” child early this July. I say that in quotes because we have given our hearts to so many in the previous years, mostly in Rwanda and The Philippines.
Speaking of those kids, when we were back in Rwanda this past summer, we found all of our kids (go to Rwanda blogs and read about Cedrick, Maxim, Fabreeze and Sabree) They remembered us and we spent three glorious days playing in the mud and saying “daga kunda channay” (I love you so much)
So even tho my heart is sad we will not be hugging on them this summer, we are over the moon a baby will enter our lives and be a part of our family.
