  • Baleadas are one of the most popular dishes in Honduras.  They are similar to a quesadilla but instead are with refried beans, a salty type of cheese and a special cream butter.  (We apparently enjoyed them so much that no one ever paused to take a picture before eating)
  • Our main form of transportation was in the back of a truck.
