My next fundraising deadline is $7500 in my account by August 18th.
My beautiful friend, Sadie- who is leaving the country to start her Race in a few short hours, told me a phrase she heard about fundraising.
“Fund-raise like it all depends on you, Trust like it all depends on God”
I think I have the trust part down- but God knows that the fund-raise part is the Achilles heel for me. So, I’m going to break it down for everyone.
From where I am sitting, I need to get $4000 in order to leave the country and start my World Race. **And there are PLENTY of ways that YOU can help me!**

- Buy an AWesOmE tee shirt
my friend and I designed some totally awesome tee shirts that are not only super chic- they are also a conversational piece about our Lord! You pay $20, get a sweet shirt- I pay less for the shirt and get the profit for my trip. Win-win situation. Word.
- Concert
Andrew is performing a fund-raising concert for me on July 26th (the day I return from training camp), at Rutherford Road Baptist Church. After the concert, I am going to have a dessert fund-raiser at the fellowship hall. So, this bullet point is actually 2 ways to help because I need people to come but also people to bake some desserts with me
- Fundraiser Dinner
Olive Garden is going to partner with me doing a dinner. I believe that July 18th will be the evening. That is tentative though.
- Chick Fil A Calendars
I will be able to sell Chick Fil A calendars for 2015. If you are not familiar with the calendars, each month you get a food item from CFA for free. They used to do this with coupons at the bottom of each month, no they use a card- like a gift card. You just put it in your wallet and use it each month. I am going to sell them for $10. You absolutely save wayyy more than $10 with a calendar, so I don’t know why you would NOT buy some. They are great Christmas and Bday gifts!
- Pizza Inn Fundraiser
I will be hosting a Pizza Inn Fundraiser on July 31st at the Pizza Inn on Duncan road in Duncan. It is right off exit 63 on i-85. Tips and 10% of all proceeds go to my Race! I need people to come help me serve and to come eat!
