Now that tax season is over… I can celebrate all the awesome and amazing things that God is going to be doing and has already done i my life as I prep for my trip!!
I began hunting for gear today and ordered a few things of the basic things like a backpack, duffle bag, compact sleeping bag, raincoat, and toiletry case. Who would have thought though that I would have a hard time finding gear for a tropical climate in Southeast Alaska?? Definitely not me! Thanks to my handy dandy smart phone though I enlisted the help of the people of Facebook to find out what gear I need and where to get it.
The next thing will be shopping for clothes… I don’t think my Alaska clothes will do me any good down there! Something tells me that while everyone here is getting ready for the snow and cold I will be working on a nice tan
